📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and scheduling of fleet operations to ensure optimal use of vehicles and drivers.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle maintenance schedules to prevent breakdowns and ensure compliance with safety regulations.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to resolve any issues related to fleet operations.,Maintain accurate records of fleet activities and generate reports as required.,Ensure that all vehicles are properly inspected and maintained according to manufacturer's guidelines.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet safety policies and procedures.,Provide support to the Fleet Manager in the development and implementation of fleet strategies and initiatives.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in fleet management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proactive and detail-oriented with a strong focus on safety and compliance.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations is a plus.,Ability to speak and write in English is a plus.
