📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process, including vendor evaluation and selection,Maintain and update procurement records and documentation,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services,Monitor inventory levels and place purchase orders as needed,Assist in the preparation of procurement reports and presentations,Provide support to the Procurement Manager in developing and implementing procurement strategies,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Assist in the negotiation of contracts and agreements with suppliers

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or related field,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and procedures,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus,Fluency in English is a plus
