📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with medical procedures.
• Collaborate with the medical team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient information accurately and maintain patient records using electronic health record (EHR) systems such as EPIC or Cerner.
• Assist in the preparation and administration of medications, ensuring accuracy and safety.
• Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to the medical team.
• Ensure a clean and safe environment by following infection control protocols and standard precautions.
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new developments in healthcare.
• Promote a positive and supportive work environment for both patients and colleagues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Staff Nurse in a healthcare setting.
• Valid nursing license and certification from the Indonesian Nursing Board (Badan Pekerjaan Umum).
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems such as EPIC or Cerner.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
