📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement safety and environmental management systems in compliance with international standards and Indonesian regulations.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Provide safety training and orientation to new employees and contractors.
• Monitor and report on safety performance metrics and KPIs.
• Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate safety and environmental considerations into project planning and execution.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, regulations, and best practices in HSE.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, and Environment, Occupational Health and Safety, or related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably in the construction industry.
• Certification in OHSA (Occupational Health and Safety) or equivalent is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Proficient in using SAP for HSE and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
