📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.,Monitor and maintain the performance of IT systems.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Provide training and support to employees on the use of IT systems.,Ensure the security and integrity of the company's IT systems.,Maintain and update IT documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.,Familiarity with network technologies and protocols.,Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with IT security best practices.
