📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow,Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu,Maintain food safety and quality standards,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff,Manage inventory and ensure proper food storage,Develop and implement new recipes and menu items,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations,Monitor kitchen performance and make improvements as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role,Proven experience in managing kitchen operations,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Excellent communication and leadership skills,Familiarity with Indonesian cuisine and international culinary trends,Knowledge of kitchen management software and tools,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
