📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and execution of retail sales strategies to meet company targets.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers.,Promote and sell bakery products effectively to drive sales and revenue.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date stock records and ensure proper inventory management.,Assist in the organization and execution of sales promotions and events.,Provide regular sales reports and updates to the sales manager.,Assist in the training and development of new retail sales consultants.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Basic knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.,Familiarity with inventory management and stock control.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Ability to meet sales targets and deadlines.
