📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow.,Prepare and manage inventory of food and kitchen supplies.,Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.,Maintain high standards of food quality and safety.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage kitchen budget and optimize food costs.,Coordinate with other departments to meet customer demands.,Ensure kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards are met.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.,Proven leadership and management skills.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Degree in Culinary Arts or related field is a plus.
