📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.,Manage and train staff to ensure high standards of service and quality.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Monitor and control inventory to ensure efficient use of resources.,Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.,Prepare and maintain operational reports and schedules.,Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.,Ensure the restaurant meets all health and safety standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of managing staff and ensuring high standards of service.,Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with inventory management and control.,Ability to prepare and maintain operational reports and schedules.
