📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain production schedules using advanced planning tools such as SAP and Oracle.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination between manufacturing and logistics.
• Maintain accurate records of production activities and inventory levels.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new processes and procedures.
• Provide support to the planning team during peak production periods.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a planning or logistics role within the manufacturing industry.
• Proficient in using SAP and Oracle for advanced planning and inventory management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and practices.
• Certification in Six Sigma or Lean Six Sigma is a plus.
