Place Mart Nusantara is seeking a talented and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere while contributing to the success of our restaurant operations. As a Restaurant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our restaurant, from managing staff to overseeing daily operations and maintaining high standards of customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.,Manage and train restaurant staff to ensure high standards of service and quality.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure cost efficiency and food quality.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Work closely with the corporate office to ensure consistency in brand standards and operations.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.,Proven track record of managing restaurant operations and staff effectively.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.,Familiarity with restaurant management software and technology.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian culinary culture and trends.
