📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.,Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Conduct market analysis and provide regular sales reports to management.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote our products/services.,Collaborate with marketing and other departments to achieve sales goals.,Stay updated with industry trends and competitors' activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding performance expectations.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
