📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and coordinate all aspects of logistics operations, including inventory management, warehouse operations, and transportation.,Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.,Manage and mentor a team of logistics coordinators and staff to ensure smooth operations and adherence to company policies.,Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, sales, and customer service, to ensure seamless integration of logistics activities.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards in the logistics and transportation sector.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems, including ERP, WMS, and TMS.,Proven track record of optimizing logistics operations and improving efficiency.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
