📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage service.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe and clean working environment.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Lead and develop a team of restaurant staff, providing training and support as needed.,Ensure that all financial targets are met, including revenue, profit, and cost control.,Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality ingredients and supplies.,Ensure that all legal and regulatory requirements are met, including food safety and labor laws.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Restaurant Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, customers, and vendors.,Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage service, including menu development and cost control.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
