📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Perform general maintenance and repair tasks on properties including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.,Assist in the day-to-day operations of the property management team.,Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify and address maintenance issues.,Maintain and update property records and documentation.,Provide excellent customer service to tenants and property owners.,Work collaboratively with the team to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.,Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of maintenance and operational strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a handyman or in a similar role.,Proven ability to perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks.,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Familiarity with basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentry techniques.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
