Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning,Manage and develop a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets,Implement and enforce company policies and procedures,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally,Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and identify improvement areas,Train and mentor new staff members to ensure they meet company standards,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless store operations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the retail industry,Proven track record of successfully managing a team and achieving sales targets,Strong leadership and communication skills,Experience in inventory management and stock control,Knowledge of retail software and systems,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Fluent in both English and Indonesian,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
