Life Moon Berjaya is looking for a dedicated Assistant Fleet Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the company's fleet operations, ensuring efficient and safe transportation services. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance and ensuring all vehicles are in good working condition.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient transportation services.,Monitor fuel consumption and expenses, and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.,Prepare and maintain detailed records of all fleet activities, including vehicle usage, maintenance, and fuel consumption.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.,Provide support to the Fleet Manager in the development and implementation of fleet improvement initiatives.,Conduct regular vehicle inspections and ensure all safety checks are completed and documented.,Maintain relationships with vehicle service providers and ensure timely and cost-effective maintenance services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
