PT Cemerlang Berkah Indonesia is seeking a dedicated and experienced HSE Officer to join our team in Bantul, DI Yogyakarta. We are looking for a professional who is passionate about ensuring the safety and health of our employees and the environment. This role is crucial to maintaining our commitment to compliance and excellence in health, safety, and environmental management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HSE programs and policies to ensure compliance with national and international standards.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and risks.,Provide training and education to employees on HSE best practices and procedures.,Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.,Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics and KPIs.,Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a safety culture throughout the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, or Environmental Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector.,Certification in HSE management systems, such as ISO 45001 or OSHAS 18001, is a plus.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work effectively in a team environment.,Proficient in using HSE management software and tools.
