📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet departmental staffing needs.,Source, screen, and attract high-quality candidates for open positions.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and expectations.,Maintain a strong network of industry contacts and recruiters.,Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of successful recruitment and retention strategies.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations in Ambon.,Experience in managing and leading a recruitment team is a plus.
