In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing branch operations, managing a team of employees, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in branch management and a strong understanding of retail operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support to achieve branch targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction.,Monitor sales performance and implement measures to meet or exceed sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in branch management or a similar role in the retail industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing branch operations and teams.,Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of retail software and systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
