- Executing and optimizing CRM campaigns using GoHighLevel
- Managing and maintaining client data in the CRM system
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients
- Developing and implementing CRM strategies to drive customer engagement
- Utilizing GoHighLevel's features to create tailored solutions for clients
- Monitoring campaign performance and providing regular reports to the team
- Collaborating with the marketing team to ensure seamless campaign execution
- Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in CRM and digital marketing
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Proven experience as a GHL Specialist or similar role, with a minimum of 2 years of experience
- In-depth knowledge of GoHighLevel and its features
- Strong understanding of CRM principles and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Certification in digital marketing or CRM is a plus
