PT Logistik Cemerlang Group is seeking a dedicated HSE Officer to join our team in Manado, Sulawesi Utara. As an HSE Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and health of our employees, as well as the compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop, implement, and maintain health, safety, and environmental management systems in accordance with industry standards and regulations.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety protocols.,Provide training and education to employees on health, safety, and environmental practices.,Investigate accidents and incidents to determine their causes and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.,Work closely with management to develop and implement safety policies and procedures.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to health, safety, and environmental performance.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to health, safety, and the environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, Environmental Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the logistics or manufacturing industry.,Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) or equivalent is a plus.,Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, such as ISO 45001 and OHSAS 18001.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages is required.
