🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in powder coating processes, with a focus on industrial applications.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and optimizing powder coating operations.
• Strong knowledge of powder coating equipment, including ovens, spray guns, and conveyors.
• Familiarity with industry-standard software such as SAP, ERP, or MES systems.
• Certification in powder coating technology or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
