📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design, develop, and deliver engaging and effective training programs focused on gadgets, technology, and digital transformation.
• Create training materials using industry-standard tools like Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate.
• Conduct hands-on workshops and one-on-one training sessions to empower employees with the latest skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their training needs and develop customized solutions.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven improvements.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the tech industry to ensure our training programs remain relevant and impactful.
• Provide guidance and support to employees as they navigate the challenges of digital transformation.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Training and Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate training, with a focus on gadgets, technology, or digital transformation.
• Certifications in instructional design, e-learning development, or corporate training are a plus.
• Proven track record of designing and delivering successful training programs.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using industry-standard training tools like Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
