📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create visually appealing and on-brand graphic designs for various marketing materials, including but not limited to, social media posts, advertisements, brochures, and digital content.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand brand guidelines and ensure all designs adhere to them.
• Use Adobe Creative Suite to design high-quality graphics, maintaining a consistent visual style across all platforms.
• Work with copywriters and other designers to develop compelling visuals that support our marketing messages.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies to keep our visuals fresh and engaging.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines without compromising on quality.
• Provide creative input and solutions to enhance our brand's visual identity.
• Ensure all designs are optimized for various digital platforms and print media.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a marketing or advertising role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, demonstrating your ability to create visually appealing and on-brand graphics.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
