📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP guests to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Anticipate and address guest needs and concerns proactively.
• Organize and coordinate special events and experiences for VIP guests.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to enhance guest loyalty programs.
• Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance the guest experience.
• Ensure high standards of service and hospitality are maintained at all times.
• Work closely with the resort's management team to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Represent the resort at high-profile events and functions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience in guest relations or hospitality management.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Knowledge of CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in luxury resorts, is a plus.
