📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth running of the facility.
• Manage and mentor a team of professionals to deliver exceptional service.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with the medical team to deliver wellness programs and services.
• Monitor inventory and ensure adequate supplies for operations.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Participate in training and development programs for staff.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the hospitality or healthcare industry.
• Proven ability to manage a team and drive operational efficiency.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with hotel management systems such as PMS (Property Management System).
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
