📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead cross-functional projects to identify and implement process improvements and innovation initiatives.
• Analyze current operations and identify areas for optimization using data-driven insights and advanced analytics tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
• Develop and implement innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency, including the use of IoT and automation technologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to align innovation efforts with business objectives.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of implemented innovations, providing regular reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous innovation in operations.
• Foster a culture of innovation within the team by encouraging creative thinking and problem-solving.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in operations management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, process improvement, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of leading and implementing innovation initiatives in operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Proficiency in advanced analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and SQL.
• Experience with IoT and automation technologies is a plus.
