📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan, organize, and execute high-impact events, activations, and strategic partnerships.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless event execution.
• Manage event budgets and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Leverage event management software such as Eventbrite, Cvent, or similar tools.
• Analyze event performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in event management.
• Represent Mitbana at industry events and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in event coordination or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing events of varying sizes and complexities.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
• Certification in Event Management (CMP or similar) is a plus.
• Familiarity with the marketing and advertising industry is a plus.
