📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Process and verify invoices from vendors and suppliers.
- Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions.
- Ensure timely payment of invoices to vendors and suppliers.
- Monitor accounts payable balances and aging reports.
- Prepare and submit monthly financial reports to management.
- Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts payable.
- Manage vendor relationships and maintain vendor records.
- Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role.
- Proficient in using accounting software such as SAP, QuickBooks, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
