• Oversee the strategic direction and operational excellence of therapeutic imaging services across Bali’s leading healthcare facilities.
• Lead and mentor a team of imaging specialists, ensuring high standards of patient care and service delivery.
• Collaborate with radiologists, technologists, and IT specialists to implement and optimize advanced imaging technologies.
• Develop and execute initiatives to enhance diagnostic accuracy and patient treatment outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in medical imaging.
• Drive continuous innovation in therapeutic imaging, staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Manage budgets and resources to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of imaging services.
• Represent The Farrer Park Company at industry conferences and events to foster professional growth and network building.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Imaging, Radiology, or a related healthcare field.
• 10+ years of experience in therapeutic imaging, with a proven track record in leadership roles.
• Certification in therapeutic imaging (e.g., ARRT, DABR, or similar).
• Proven experience in managing and mentoring teams in a healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of medical imaging technologies, including MRI, CT, and PET/CT.
• Proficiency in using imaging software such as PACS, DICOM, and other relevant medical imaging systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
