📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the engineering team responsible for CNC manufacturing and process optimization.
• Coordinate with design, production, and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Implement and monitor advanced CNC programming and simulation tools like SolidWorks and Fusion 360.
• Lead process optimization initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the availability of high-quality materials and components.
• Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in CNC manufacturing engineering, with at least 5 years in a management role.
• Proven track record of successfully leading engineering projects and teams.
• Certifications in CNC programming, SolidWorks, or Fusion 360 are a plus.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and process optimization techniques.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Familiarity with sustainability practices and green manufacturing techniques.
