🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in financial process improvement and control, with a strong background in financial reporting and analysis.
• Proven experience with SAP and Oracle financial systems.
• Certification in financial process improvement (e.g., CIPM, CPA) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
