📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit clients' homes and businesses to recover outstanding debts.
• Conduct thorough investigations to verify the status of debts and payment history.
• Negotiate payment plans and settlements with clients.
• Document all interactions and outcomes using our proprietary software.
• Collaborate with the collections team to ensure consistent and efficient debt recovery.
• Provide exceptional customer service to maintain positive relationships with clients.
• Stay updated on local laws and regulations related to debt collections.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in debt collections or a related field.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to debt collections.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel extensively within Bali.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English.
