As an HR Officer Generalist, you will be responsible for a wide range of HR tasks, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. You will work closely with the management team to ensure that HR policies and procedures are effectively implemented and that employees are supported in their professional and personal development.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and streamline HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and disputes to maintain a harmonious work environment.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees to support their professional growth.
• Assist in the development and implementation of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Coordinate with the management team to ensure that HR initiatives align with the company's strategic objectives.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including employee data, benefits information, and performance evaluations.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in HR management to continuously improve HR processes and practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with employees at all levels.
• Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar platforms.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
