Management Trainee - Education & Training Expansion Program

As a Management Trainee, you will play a pivotal role in driving our expansion in Bali, helping to establish and grow our presence in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. In this role, you will work closely with our team to develop and implement strategies that will support the growth of our education and training programs. You will be responsible for managing key aspects of our operations, including student enrollment, curriculum development, and instructor training. Your daily tasks will involve analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring that our programs meet the highest standards of quality and effectiveness. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to expand our education and training programs in Bali.
• Manage student enrollment processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both students and instructors.
• Develop and update curricula to meet the evolving needs of our students and industry standards.
• Train and support instructors to ensure high-quality teaching standards.
• Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth in the education and training sector.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure that our programs are aligned with our mission and goals.
• Provide administrative support to the management team, including data entry, scheduling, and coordination of events.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of our overall strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in education, training, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with educational management software (e.g., Moodle, Blackboard) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
