As a Customer Service Representative in our team, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring their queries and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally. You will use our customer relationship management (CRM) system, HubSpot, to manage and track customer interactions, and you will leverage Zendesk for ticketing and support. Your role will involve handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chats, providing assistance and solutions to our clients.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and track customer interactions using HubSpot and Zendesk.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chats to provide prompt and professional customer support.
• Resolve customer queries and concerns, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in customer service.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of customer service strategies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role.
• Proficient in using HubSpot and Zendesk.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in English and Indonesian.
• Previous experience in a remote work environment is a plus.
